Fantastic jam game

I like the visual style, and think it’s really fun. But the game is too short, and the controls are very wacky, and there’s no full screen support. Would love to see this improved a bit and turned into a full game.

I like the camera, the movement, etc. However, as for "Roguelike" the only thing to do is kill, level up, eat the fish go to the next level then get to Suris, if it had unique items for each run etc, that would be far better. However I would be interested to see a PROPER Roguelite/Like from you.

the artstyle is very charming, but the game is a bit short, and the final boss is really bad. It might be better if he had better AI, but until then you just hit him until you run out of fish, hide behind some spikes and spam wait

Really love this charming game! Fast paced fun roguelike action!

I did have problems will the html version being unplayable due to lag, but the download version worked perfect

 I hope there is plans for the game to be more developed in the future, because theres a lot to be expanded on, and the game is quite short

Game was good, all the way up to the boss. just hid behind some spikes and wiated for him to eventually run into the same spike so many times that i win. sure, i did attack him, until i ran out of fish, and was low on health. so i then hid. and yeah yknow


game otherwise gets a 7/10

This looks like it was made on Paint and I fucking love that, just shows how you can make a game with anything if you have enough creativity and skill, also the music is really nice.

Really fun game! I think it's a super great idea and rly fun gameplay and graphics but you should extend the game length. It doesn't make for a good amount of tim

this is a interesting game! A combination of 2d and 3d what a amazing style! As a person who love playing games this is a new type of experience! The music is well done with amazing quality! The art is also amazing! I could see myself playing for hours and won't get bored! It is challenging in a not frustrating way but a interesting and exciting way. Yes, it is very short unfortunately.

I didn't want to make it longer than it needed, there are 5 "features" (apple enemy, fishes, cactus enemy, spikes, boss) and I wanted every floor to have something new so that it felt like you progressed forward.

My goal was to have 10 floors, but I lowered it to 5 since I didn't feel like there was enough content to support it.

I definitely will!

Had fun, whipped through it in ~10 minutes. A bit frame-y when turning sometimes. Cute cat and enemies!

Yeah, the frame-lag that happens when turning can be a bit annoying, hopefully it didn't ruin the experience too much :).

It was a great game and i found a "strategy" for the suris boss fight.

So when suris gets to stabbing distance, keep dealing damage until you are at 12 health,then get a fish(witch will pull you to max health) and repeat the process until no more fish are left.After that,suris should be at about 71 health, in witch then you just keep moving until suris keeps hitting traps, and then suris should be dead.

All in all, this game took me about 40 minutes to play and complete and I like this game a lot,so keep making awesome and creative games like this and one day you may just end up in the Microsoft office making the next hit game.

I was able to beat the boss by making it run into tramps. I made the mistake of eating all the fish too early. :P

Yeah, the spikes can be exploited easily, but I'm still glad that I added them, the game would've probably been too hard otherwise.

Very cool; plays well and obviously looks fantastic. Beating the knight is tough, I used all my fish and tried to kite him into spikes but ended up waiting a turn to many and dying haha

Yeah, the spikes can be used to exploit a bit, but I felt that it was okay if I made it too hard to compensate for the balancing:P.
The trick is to only use a fish when you're 1 or 2 hits from dying, or spikes of course!

This is the technique I used, made it down to one hit left on myself but made it through on the first try.  I liked the simple movement technique which could have gotten bogged down in the 3d view, it works really well.
